SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
LICENSE:
Trial Version
· uuSetup ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is not freeware. You may install the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to test and evaluate it for 30 days; after this time you must either buy the license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT permanently or delete the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your hard drive.
· You are hereby allowed to make any number of backup copies of the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and its documentation. You can give a copy of the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone, providing that no additional fee is charged and the package files are not modified in any way.
Commercial Version
· You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the LICENSED VERSION, or any subset of the LICENSED VERSION, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Single Developer License
· The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the LICENSED VERSION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in either of two different ways, for any legal purpose.
(1) Personal: This license is for your personal use, and will only be available on this computer when you are logged in as the user who installed the license. You can install this license on more than one computer, but only for your personal use. You should not use the software on two different computers at the same time with this kind of license. If a personal license is available, the application will always use it.
(2) Computer: You can use this license on this computer, and so can any other user of this computer. However, you should not install this license on more computers than it has license seats for.
Company License(10 Developers)
· The Licenses is granted a non-exclusive license up to 10 developers to use the LICENSED VERSION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at a single company, for any legal purpose.
Company License(100 Developers)
· The Licenses is granted a non-exclusive license up to 100 developers to use the LICENSED VERSION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at a single company, for any legal purpose.
Company License(Unlimited Developers)
· The Licenses is granted a non-exclusive license up to unlimited developers to use the LICENSED VERSION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at a single company, for any legal purpose.
Common Provisions
· You may distribute your setups made with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish. There are no royalty or additional fees.
· You may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to make ANY setups for ANY number of products.
· You may not alter the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way, including its help files, except language text, image files for the purpose of create the setup program use of uuSetup.
· uuSetup IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. GENTEE, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
· Installing and using uuSetup means the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove uuSetup files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
